Introducing remind: workingwell and RHV Group Partner to promote mental health at the workplace

The Munich-based New Work consultancy workingwell has recently developed a solution for relaxation and sustainable health promotion with Magic Horizons VR Technologie. Mental health and well-being at work have become the most critical issues in the world. The health offers in many companies need more continuity and a visible, permanently assigned space that reminds employees of their health. To find a sustainable solution workingwell has partnered with RHV Group to bring their smart room-in-room solution to workplaces in Germany. Through the cooperation between workingwell and RHV Group, they will raise mental health awareness at the workplace and provide solutions through the innovative remind Box.

remind is a unique product that offers deep relaxation and mental regeneration in just 5-10 minutes, helps employees reduce stress during their working day, and promotes mental health in the workplace. With remind, stressed employees find relaxation through experiencing the remind worlds which offer fascinating nature experiences and surreal worlds in 3-D with “Binaural Beats,” unique sine tones that have been proven to have a particularly relaxing effect. The positive impact of the mental journey via VR glasses has been scientifically proven in various studies, among others, by the renowned Humboldt University in Berlin.
remind encourages employees to take regular daily breaks for relaxation, mental regeneration, and other activities that will benefit their mental health and reduce stress at work. These short breaks will help employees stay alert and focused. Further research has shown that taking breaks from work will increase productivity, as it can help break down complex work tasks into more manageable chunks.

Axel Praus, the CEO of workingwell, was eager to talk about the partnership: “We are always looking for new and innovative ways to promote employee engagement and work satisfaction together with health and well-being at work in the workplace. We are thrilled to have partnered with RHV Group to bring their sales and marketing experience on board, raise mental health awareness, and develop sustainable and healthy solutions together for German workplaces. ”

Ulli Rüger, the CEO of RHV Group, provides a roadmap for the future partnership: “We are excited to be a part of this cooperation with Axel and the workingwell team and to engage in more conversations about health and well-being at work. Creating a productive and healthy work environment is more important in today’s changing and hybrid work environments. Over the past two years, we had many conversations with German DAX30 companies and SMEs about the challenges of bringing people together in the office again and creating collaborative and productive workspaces. The challenges of work stress and mental health are other leading factors why people prefer to work remotely. Remind is an exciting solution to tackle these topics and help companies in Germany to create more healthy and productive workspaces.”

workingwell and RHV Group are confident that remind through the intelligent combination of space and relaxation will provide a powerful solution to improve mental health and productivity in the workspace. If you’re an employer or manager looking to make your workspace more welcoming and healthy for your employees, this solution is for you.
